The 2014 Culinary Series continues with a Cinco de Mayo Dinner on Monday, May 5th. This festive menu will take you through a journey of Mexico with each dish coinciding with a region of the country. Paying homage to traditional techniques, each dish will highlight the specific areas? culinary creativity.
